Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

Alyndo is a product operated by Byte IT (the "Provider"), a Croatian business based in the Zagreb area. By creating an Alyndo account or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. The service

Alyndo provides a multi-tenant CRM platform delivered as a service. We may add, remove, or change features over time. We'll give reasonable notice before any breaking change to paid functionality.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for the activity that happens under your account, and for ensuring everyone you invite to your workspace agrees to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Alyndo to:

• Violate laws or anyone else's rights.
• Send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Interfere with the service or attempt to access it without authorization.
• Resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, in the currency shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; you'll keep access through the end of the billing period. We don't refund partial periods unless required by law.

6. Your data

You own your data. We act as a processor and only handle it to provide the service. You can export it at any time, and we'll delete it within 30 days of cancellation (or sooner on request).

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own — no less than reasonable care.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

We work hard to keep Alyndo running smoothly, but we provide the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Each party's total liability for direct damages is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after reasonable notice (immediately for severe violations).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Zagreb, unless a different venue is required by mandatory consumer law.
